On August 2014, GPI purchased Jackson Square together with Bradford Place and Sedona Square as a portfolio. These properties were under the same property management team due to the apartments being next door. As a result of this merged management, GPI was able to enhance the effectiveness of both locations. The occupancy was kept with great stability, and the rental income kept rising during the holding period. All Jackson Square floor plans were townhouses which attracted many renters in the area.
